Jetway Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Introduction

Jetway (jetway.click) is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The rules and terms outlined on this page ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jetway and all of its users.

By using the Jetway website or app, opening an account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Jetway's services.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with Jetway, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are of sound mind and are opening an account of your own free will.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from participating in online betting.
• All information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate one account only.

During registration, you will need to provide a valid email address, mobile number, and personal details. As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Jetway may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this process is completed.

3 Account Management

The security of your Jetway account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password or login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Jetway will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you receive such a message, treat it as fraudulent and alert us immediately.

4 Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the key rules below before placing any bets on Jetway. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Jetway itself voids it.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum amount per bet is ৳10 BDT.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum limits are set per event and market, and will be displayed on the bet slip.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live matches. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match Abandonment: If less than 50% of the scheduled time has been played, the bet will be considered void.
• Score Disputes: The official score authority's result shall be considered final.

Jetway reserves the right to suspend any bet pending review if unusual betting patterns are detected. The user concerned will be notified by email.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jetway currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes of submission.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: ৳50,000 (higher limits may apply for verified accounts)
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals can only be made to the MFS number used for the deposit.

Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus funds. Winnings derived from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met. If KYC is not completed before a withdrawal request, the payment may be held.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jetway offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–10x).
• Bonus conditions must be met within the specified time period after the bonus is claimed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• Jetway reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jetway platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of on-field manipulation.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using Jetway for money laundering or any form of illegal transaction.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and you will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance (excluding bonuses).

Jetway also reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• If a security risk is detected.

9 Responsible Gaming

Jetway firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly and within their means. The following tools are available on the platform free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Keep your bet amounts limited within a set time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently self-exclude from betting.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please notify our support team in writing first. Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event. Our team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

In any dispute, Jetway's system logs, bet records, and official event results shall be considered the final and conclusive evidence. If both parties cannot reach a resolution, the matter will be referred to a neutral third party for arbitration.

11 Changes & Amendments

Jetway reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email address or through a platform notification.
